A Decadent Delight: Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Recipe

 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup heavy cream 
• 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped 
• 1/4 cup brewed Raspberry Chocolate coffee, cooled 
• 1/4 cup sugar 
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
• 1 cup whipped cream 
• 1/3 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish) 

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate with cream in a double boiler; cool to room temperature. 
2. Stir in the brewed Raspberry Chocolate coffee, sugar, and vanilla. Let cool to room temperature.  
3. Whip the cream to soft peaks. 
4. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. 
5. Mix in raspberries.  
6. Chill in glasses for 2+ hours. 
7. Garnish with raspberries.
