Yes. You’ll receive a reminder 3 days before your next order is processed, so you have time to make any changes.
Can I add, swap, or remove products from my subscription?
Yes. Update your subscription anytime to match what you feel like drinking right now.
I have multiple subscriptions shipping on different days. How do I sync them?
Contact us and we'll help you merge your subscriptions together so you get a single shipment at your preferred frequency.
What should I do if there’s a payment issue?
Update your payment method in your portal to avoid delays. Your order will process once the issue is resolved. You can also add a backup payment method from the portal to be even safer.
Can I reactivate an old subscription?
Yes. You can restart a previous subscription from your portal and pick up where you left off.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Subscriptions are tied to one account, but you can update the shipping details to send coffee to someone else.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your subscription portal. Your future orders will be stopped. Any order currently being processed or in shipping may still be charged.
