Bad coffee beans

I used to buy from Costco the vanilla hazelnut beans were always greasy fresh. I have bought two bags from company. The coffee beans are dry and the coffee is dull. There selling old beans at the price of new fresh ones. Even Starbucks at the same price always offers fresh beautiful coffee. What happened Zavida. You got so big you don't care about your customers anymore. Just remember, we are the cause of your riches.
