I like the coffee but it is way overpriced ordering online. I stupidly thought I would get 2 bags of coffee for a little more than I would pay at Costco. Because I currently have a broken leg, it’s tough to get around. I thought ordering from Zavida direct would save money. So wrong. And delivery was ridiculous. I kept getting notifications that the order woukd be delivered in an hour. It arrived 4 days later.

Ordered 2 packages a month ago, but still haven’t received my order. When I inquired about an expected delivery date, was told they have “no control” after it leaves their Depot. Requested a refund but told, no refund could be processed until delivery information can be verified. ITS CHRISTMAS SHOPPING TIME OF YEAR, I HAVE NO COFFEE AND NO REFUND:( Terrible service.
