Decent products, started out great, then after having the subscription for a while, things started to change and there were inconsistencies. Ended up shopping elsewhere because of the mediocre service and decreasing quality of products received.

French Roast - not!
Zavida's French Roast tastes fine; I enjoy the flavour, however it is not a French Roast.
French Roast is supposed to be just a shade lighter than burnt. That is not this coffee.
