The rich, nutty flavour of the coffee adds a unique twist to this creamy, indulgent treat, making it the perfect choice for holiday gatherings or special occasions. With its smooth layers and a touch of warmth, this tiramisu is sure to become a crowd favourite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Zavida Amaretto Almond coffee, brewed and cooled 
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese 
  • 1/3 cup sugar 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp Kahlua 
  • 1 package ladyfingers 
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting) 

Instructions

  1. Mix coffee with 2 tbsp Kahlua in a shallow dish. 
  2. Whip 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in 8 oz mascarpone cheese. 
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee mixture and layer in a dish. Spread half the cream over them. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and cream. 
  4. Dust with cocoa powder and chill for 4+ hours before serving.
