Ingredients
- 1 cup Zavida Amaretto Almond coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Kahlua
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Mix coffee with 2 tbsp Kahlua in a shallow dish.
- Whip 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in 8 oz mascarpone cheese.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee mixture and layer in a dish. Spread half the cream over them. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder and chill for 4+ hours before serving.
