Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup brewed Raspberry Chocolate coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate with cream in a double boiler; cool to room temperature.
- Stir in the brewed Raspberry Chocolate coffee, sugar, and vanilla. Let cool to room temperature.
- Whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Mix in raspberries.
- Chill in glasses for 2+ hours.
