They’re fruity, creamy, lightly caffeinated, and made with Zavida Raspberry Chocolate coffee—a blend that brings together deep mocha notes and a bright berry finish.  Basically, it’s your favourite iced coffee turned frozen treat.

Brew the Base: Raspberry Chocolate  Cold Brew 

 

You’ll Need: 

  • 1 cup coarsely ground Zavida Raspberry Chocolate coffee 

  • 4 cups cold filtered water 

  • A mason jar or pitcher 

  • Coffee filter or fine mesh strainer 

 

Instructions: 

  • Combine coffee and water in the jar. Stir gently. 

  • Cover and refrigerate for 12–18 hours. 

  • Strain into a clean container. Chill until ready to use. 

 

How to Make Raspberry Mocha  Cold Brew Popsicles 

 

Ingredients (makes ~6 popsicles): 

 

  • 1 1/2 cups cold brew concentrate (from above) 

  • 1/2 cup milk or oat milk 

  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk or vanilla yogurt 

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (plus a few extras for garnish) 

 

Instructions: 

 

  • In a blender, combine  cold brew, milk, condensed milk or yogurt and raspberries 

  • Blend until smooth. 

  • Pour into popsicle molds. 

  • Add a few whole raspberries into each mold for a pop of colour. 

  • Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight. 

 

To serve: 

Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release. Enjoy cold—preferably by the pool.
