This is a very good cup of coffee. We serve coffee to many people in our church for various functions and when/if we switch to anything else, there are always complaints. This seems to be enjoyed by the majority time and time again. Also, with the separate pouches, it is very easy for anyone to brew a pot of coffee in our machine. Very convenient and satisfying.
