Best coffee, best customer service as well

The coffee is really good the box that it was packed in was not in good condition

The big box was almost destroyed but the pods were intact

This has been a staple in our house for years, nice flavour and not overpowering

Most of excellent!! Ordered some pods, although I recieved a key for the parcel box, when i opened the parcel box, the box was not there. I called Zavida, after i explained the situation, the associate said another box is on its way!! Thank you Zavida for a quick solution
