We’ve Planted Over 450,000 Trees with Trees for the Future!
We’re all aware of how important trees are to the stability of our planet, and as caretakers, it’s our responsibility to give back. As we produce high-quality coffee, we have also realized our own intake and made it our mission to help offset our usage by planting trees and reducing our emission consumption.
Since 2009, Zavida Coffee has been participating in the Trees For The Future program as an official Plant-A-Tree and Carbon Neutral Partner. We are committed to planting a tree for every coffee purchased on Zavida.com. We also plant enough trees to offset all of our carbon emissions on an annual basis. Our total carbon output is calculated by including all raw materials, transportation and energy use.
Trees for the Future helps farmers build a sustainable future by providing them with tree seed, technical training, and on-site planning assistance in rural communities throughout Africa. Now, 8-years into our initiative we are proud and excited to announce that, we (yes, you) have planted over 450,000 trees and growing!
