Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Zavida Coffee Roasters, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members or persons domiciled with any of the foregoing are not eligible.

No purchase necessary. One (1) entry per person per season while subscribed to the newsletter. To be eligible for a given draw, the participant must remain subscribed at the time of selection. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

One (1) winner will be selected per season by random draw from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by email. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of notification and correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, as required by Canadian law.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or does not meet all eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

The prize consists of twelve (12) discounts of up to $50 each applicable to twelve (12) subscription orders, plus free shipping on those orders. The approximate total prize value is up to $600 CAD, plus applicable shipping costs. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Zavida Coffee Roasters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and all decisions of the organizer, which are final. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Zavida Coffee Roasters to use their name, city/province, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Zavida Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, in accordance with applicable laws.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited.
