Zavida offers standard shipping that delivers Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian Federal holidays in Canada, and US Federal holidays for US orders.

Currently, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (US), or the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CA). We also do not ship to Rural Route (RR) addresses or PO Boxes of any kind.
If an order is placed to a Rural Route address or PO Box your order will be cancelled and a refund issued immediately. A physical address must be provided at the time of checkout. Other address restrictions may apply based on location and proximity to frequent Canada Post and UPS travel routes. Zavida reserves the right to cancel an order at any time based on shipping localities and related shipping costs. Zavida does not ship orders that require pallet transportation through our online store. Large orders requiring specialized transportation will need to be placed with another department.
Free Everyday Shipping
Everyday Free Shipping is valid for online orders of $40 or more in the same order in Canada, and orders of $40 or more in the US. Eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option in the shopping bag to activate the free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Not valid on international shipments. If your order requires a specialized solution and is not eligible to ship with Canada Post or UPS, it does not qualify for free shipping.
3-7 Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders typically arrive in three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including Canadian Federal holidays in Canada and US Federal holidays for US shipping).
Please note delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed - this is anestimate only. These terms are defined as follows:
Orders are shipped via Canada Post in Canada and UPS in the US.The online store does not ship orders requiring pallet transportation.
If applicable, custom charges including taxes, duties, tariffs, or custom brokerage fees will be calculated in conjunction with your shipping fee and added to your order at the time of checkout so that we can complete the customs clearance procedure as soon as it arrives in your country. Your order will not be subject to any further charges.
If you are charged for any of these shipping-related fees, please proceed with payment to UPS and be sure to retain your shipping receipt/shipping records. Email us email@example.com with your order number and receipt for reimbursement.
Shipments to International Addresses
Currently, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
Parcel Forwarding Services
The use of a parcel forwarding company is accepted, however, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Zavida is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. You can log in to your Account to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, Zavida considers the order to be complete.
You will receive an email notification from Canada Post in Canada and UPS in the US including tracking information and scheduled delivery date. For shipping related inquiries, Canada Post and UPS can be contacted directly once you are provided with your tracking number and related information.

Modify & Canceling of an Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, we encourage you to email us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Customer service operators are available between Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm (ET).
We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. If the status of your order still says "Awaiting Fulfillment" then we may be able to accommodate your request.
However, once your order status appears as "Awaiting Shipment," we cannot change or cancel your order, as it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or free shipping, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Zavida purchase for any reason, pleasecontact customer service prior to returning your order. Products must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Items purchased on Zavida.com may be returned by mail, 30 days of your receipt.
It’s important to note that original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are not covered by Zavida Coffee Company Inc. when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Zavida PERKs points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.
Please note, all returns are subject to validation and approval at Zavida’s discretion, prior to shipping the return parcel. Zavida monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Zavida will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.
When you return your new and unopened Zavida purchase by mail and we receive it within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at Zavida.com.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
Items shipped to Zavida outside of the returns window, not in new and/or undamaged condition, without an original packing slip, or not purchased at Zavida.com, may not be credited back or returned to you.
