Cinnamon Christmas Cookie Recipe

Cinnamon Christmas Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
Oven: Preheat to 175°C (350°F).
- 1 egg
- 7 tbsp softened butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- ½ cup chopped raisins
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the sugar and beat while adding the softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Continue beating the mixture while adding the egg.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, and add mixing in well.
- Add the nuts and raisins to taste. Feel free to experiment with the type and amount added.
- On greased or parchment lined baking sheets, drop spoonfuls of dough ensuring they are not too close together.
- Bake on center rack for approximately 8 minutes.
